Thank you for your interest in Fitness Publishing’s Scholarship Assistance Program. We appreciate your request for information on our Scholarship Program. Scholarship awards are limited to a predetermined number of scholarship offers, and these do not become available until current scholarship participants graduate from the program.
Fitness Publishing established its ‘Scholarship Program’ to provide potential fitness entrepreneurs who, for whatever reason, have limited financial resources to take part in any of our fitness publishing programs. Scholarships are provided to individuals with limited financial resources to reduce the total amount of overall costs for the selected program as well as the monthly tuition payment.
To create this fund, Fitness Publishing contributes 10% of all publishing revenues to the program, in addition to private donations from past alumni and private contributors.
Scholarships are considered ‘gifts’ and not a loan, and therefore none of the scholarship funding awarded to you requires repayment.
We strive to reserve a limited number of seats for scholarship. When a participant holding a scholarship graduates from the program, the scholarship offer becomes available once again. Scholarship participants moving through the program receive the same training, assistance and support that all members of our program receive. Scholarship awards are held in confidence, only the administration and participant being awarded the scholarship are aware of the agreement.

Frequency of Submissions: (When to apply.)
Calls for Scholarship submissions are made as seats becomes available. Should you apply for a scholarship opportunity before a call for submissions is made, you will immediately be considered for the next available opening. All individuals who apply for scholarship information will receive occasional email updates to keep you informed of new scholarship opportunities available. Any applicant who does not receive or accept a scholarship offer in any current round of available scholarships may apply again or simply request in your submission that you would like us to hold your submission for continued review. If you do not wish to continue to receive email updates regarding available scholarship seating, please use the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the emails to ensure that you will no longer receive the updates.
Process of Awarding Scholarships:
Any potential participant who does not have the necessary financial resources to enter The Fitness Publishing Authorship program of choice may apply for a Scholarship award. Your application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Review Committee. Awards are based on several criteria including: financial need, commitment to completing the program, willingness to follow instructions, or work/business background that may be related in some way to available seating.
Should your application pass the initial review, a telephone call will be placed to you by one of our Scholarship Review Committee Advisers to verify your submission. Upon acceptance of your application into the Scholarship Program, you will be permitted to enter your program of choice under the same conditions as participants paying full tuition.
What is included in your program?
Together, we’ll work step-by-step to write a very strong book designed to:

- test the market for a larger book/business idea
- cement your authority and trustability in your chosen field

We’re going to come up with:

- your book's chapters (typically 8-12 chapters)
- the content for each chapter

Then we will turn it over to our design team, and they will design the entire book for you:
- cover design
- copy editing
- layout and formatting
- graphics
- copyright page
At the completion of your scholarship assistance program, you will have EVERYTHING necessary to provide you with a professionally designed book.
And after your polished book is completed and ready to spread to the world, we will help you get it launched to the world.
- get your Amazon KDP account and get your book published in both paperback and Kindle formats
- show you how to buy author copies for around $3 per copy
- create a simple & effective 2-page book funnel to market your new book on your website and captures new leads
- create a bundle of book mockups and lifestyle graphics for marketing your new book
- provide launch emails and social media posts to generate excitement and sales of your book
- provide an email nurturing sequence to engage your new readers, and get them to know, like, trust you
- provide a press release template for promoting your business, building brand awareness, and reaching new audiences
- provide steps for setting up and hosting an successful book signing event
- provide organic marketing strategies that get your book in the hands of prospects searching for the solutions you deliver

In exchange for your Scholarship, we kindly request that you:
- fully commit to completing your book project in a timely manner, allowing us to showcase your brilliance.
- lend your distinctive personality and expertise to the project, creating a powerful marketing asset that is unique to you, your message, and your audience.
- provide pertinent information unique to your book, such as your ideal clients, author bio, and engaging call to action.
- attend our regularly scheduled Zoom calls, ensuring your project remains on track and you have our unwavering support.
- implement our tried-and-tested book launch strategies designed to attract new leads, clients, and revenue to fuel your success.
- share your valuable experience with us through a short Exit Questionnaire, enabling us to continuously improve our program.
We trust that you’ll honor these commitments. However, please be aware that failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your scholarship.
Forfeiting Your Award: [Please read this paragraph carefully.]
To ensure that all individuals have a fair opportunity to take part in training, Scholarship offers are time-limited. Once your application has been accepted by the Scholarship Review Committee, an offer of Scholarship will been made to you. Once you have indicated your intention to enter the program, you have two (2) days to finalize your tuition arrangements with Fitness Publishing. An offer of Scholarship will be forfeited to another individual if you fail to initialize your tuition within the appointed time-line.
Completion of the Program:
Due to the limited nature of scholarship awards, scholarship offers do not become available until current scholarship participants graduate from the program. As such, we kindly ask that you commit to completing your program in a timely manner, allowing us to make new scholarship opportunities available to new applicants requesting assistance.
Financial Commitment
**PLEASE CONSIDER THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS: We take your success seriously. We don’t want anyone to begin a program that they cannot afford. Our aim is to have no participant fall into hardship and have to leave the program due to lack of proper financial planning.
We permit students enrolled through scholarship to pay a $495 deposit followed by monthly minimum payments of $375 in USD. We will also consider a longer plan for entrepreneurs on a tighter budget. Participants who can arrange assistance to pay off their tuition in full before beginning their program are encouraged to do so to allow us to assist another viable candidate.

Appeal Process:
All decisions regarding entry to Fitness Publishing through the scholarship process are made by our Scholarship Review Committee and are deemed final. There is no subsequent appeal policy. However, if you have been denied a Scholarship during any submission round, you may reapply at a later date unless otherwise advised.

Dear Prospective Author,
Fitness Publishing receives numerous requests and/or applications for Scholarship funding each month. We have no out-sourced funding to assist in this project. Our ultimate aim is to see no potential author of Fitness Publishing go without the necessary tools, guidance, and education to become a successful author. As a Scholarship author, you receive all the same rights and privileges as all other authors and are seen as a true member of our world-wide community.
Please understand that individuals applying for Scholarship funding will under no circumstances, be gifted the entire amount of tuition for the cost of the program. We strongly believe that every author must be willing to participate in the financial responsibility of his or her future even if this means that some restructuring or prioritizing of finances must be made over the few months necessary to achieve your learning. We promise that we will do our best to help make your authorship goals happen for you.
After you have requested entrance to the Scholarship Program, you will be required to discuss payment of your tuition with our administrator or director. Once you have agreed to the financial arrangements, you will receive an invitation from Fitness Publishing to enroll at a mutually acceptable date. Should you be remiss in your financial obligation to the program, your standing may be forfeited.
